Retail Sales Associate

Rio Rancho Super Mall / Moreno Valley Mall / Galleria At Tyler Mall

Part-Time: $17.00 Hourly

We're seeking a passionate retail associate to provide exceptional customer service and help customers find the perfect western wear. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has an appreciation for western culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and product guidance
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Maintain store displays and inventory organization
  • Share product knowledge and western wear expertise

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Enthusiasm for western wear and lifestyle
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail

 

*Retail experience preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Supervisor

Rio Rancho Super Mall / Moreno Valley Mall / Galleria At Tyler Mall

Part-Time: $18.50 Hourly

We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate is someone who can lead by example while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the sales team during daily operations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
  • Train and motivate team members.
  • Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
  • Help achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store operations.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
