Return and Refund Policy

Vallejo Western Wear's return policy consists of EXCHANGE and STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of purchase arrival. To qualify for this, the merchandise must remain in original condition, with tags and packaging intact, and should not have been washed, worn and/or altered. 

*ALL caps, jewelry, and accessories are FINAL SALE due to hygienic purposes*

Please note that we do not offer refunds; however, we provide the option of store credit or an exchange for an item of equal value to the one initially bought. Store credit will be offered via Gift Card. Once you've emailed regarding an exchange/store credit, we will send you further instructions on our exchange process. 

For boots, they may be exchanged or eligible for store credit only if the soles are unscratched, and the boots are in brand new condition. We recommend trying on boots in carpeted areas to ensure the fit is correct without damaging the soles.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any shipping costs incurred during your purchase at vallejowesternwear.com when the item was shipped and delivered to you. Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to and from our facility when initiating a return or exchange.

This policy remains valid for 14 days after the items have been delivered to you. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your package, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or store credit.
